All The Right Things.

If you a modern day college student or just a human being for that matter, you fully understand the significance that an establishment such as Wal-Mart plays in your nutritional well-being. I found myself pacing the aisles yesterday in dire need of the basic essentials, my basic essentials:

*Charmin Ultra Soft (Double Roll)
*Glaceau Vitamin Water (Power-C)
*Ozarka Water
*Simply Lemonade (w/ Raspberry)
*Cap’n Crunch Berries
*Dole Mixed Fruit
*Red Baron Classic Crush Pizza
*Austin Cheese Crackers (w/ Peanut Butter)

Final note: It’s quite possible I will consume nearly all of this within the next few hours.

Good Eats: “Torchy’s” (Austin, Tx).

No matter which city I venture off to, the first thing that runs across my mind is “where are the good food spots?” While attending the Grand Opening for the Nice Kicks Store in Austin, I strolled a few feet down the strip to come across a local taco spot called “Torchy’s.” The owner of Nice Kicks Matt Halfhill informed me this was surely a spot I had to dine, and it was conveniently only a few steps away from Nice Kicks doors. It was ultimately an understatement to say Torchy’s left me extremely satisfied.

Refreshing Tunage.

tuneage [toon-idge] – a vast count of musical sounds that ultimately make up a song.

For as long as I can recall I’ve always been an individual whose curiosity lead them to explore and discover monumental things that I’ve wouldn’t have otherwise experienced. Whether it be music, food, or simply a lifestyle, I decided long ago that I’d be an “eclectic” individual made up of numerous fragments.

With that being said, enjoy the sounds of a few artists I find myself listening to throughout the day.

Mayer Hawthorne- Just Ain’t Gonna Work Out

The Smiths- William, It Was Really Nothing

Adele- Hometown Glory

“Post Card” From Ryan Lusteg (California).

Dear Sid,

“There is an end to everything, to good things as well.” Geoffrey Chaucer’s quote couldn’t of summed up my feelings for this photo any better as this portrait is of a special someone from my past.

Perhaps in the midst of the cynical chatter by a few “naysayers,” some of you actually believed that the newly formed family “The Issue” would eventually vanish and become irrelevant. Sorry. And to the who so greatly displayed a vast amount of love and support towards everything we’ve set out to accomplish. Thank you.

You’ll be extremely pleased to see we are coordinating events for others that doesn’t feature any of us at all. Realizing each of us held a unique talent for creating, we set our minds to organize a grand photoshoot for two individuals who attend our university. We couldn’t be more pleased with our selection of Camry & Amanda as they made our visions of a “Laundromat Love Story” a reality. Shot over the course of a couple hours are the photos above and we deeply hope you enjoy the work & time that went into our latest project. Video coverage was also provided on behalf of Sid Ashford. Again, if you sincerely love us, thanks a lot. If you happen to feel otherwise, thanks a lot.

The Issue.
